The Savoie Building has easy access to the freeway and is close to many resturants, parking garages, and other points of interest. The secure space has an industrial feel, with the convenience of vending machines, passenger and freight elevators, a loading dock, and air conditioning.
The Savoie Building is a 5 story office building, built in 1890. It was completed in 1908. Originally designed by Frank E. Davidson, it is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
It started as two separate buildings, Brown and Haywood Glass, and L.S. Gillette Company. The two buildings were separated by an alley which was later enclosed to create the Savoie Building. One of the unique architectural features is this Native American face sculpture on the front facade.
